KENYA BUSINESS SYMPOSIUM HELD ON 31ST MARCH, 2017 AT RITSUMEIKAN UNIVERSITY IN OSAKA

On 31st March, 2017, H.E. S.K. Maina, M.B.S. and the Embassy participated in the Business Symposium on Kenya at Ritsumeikan University in Osaka. The Symposium was co-organized with Ritsumeikan University Innovation Management Research Center with the support of: Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA), Osaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and Kenyan in Japan Association (KIJA).

The Symposium attracted more than 150 participants including public and private sectors based in Osaka and ABE (African Business Education) initiative students. The Symposium was graced by Ms. Sachiko Yamano, President of Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE);
