H.E. Ambassador Tabu Irina undertook an official visit to Kurume City from 21st to 23rd June 2021, the host city of the Kenya Olympic and Paralympics Team for Pre-games Training. The visit was a follow-up to the previous visits to ascertain the readiness and preparedness of Kurume City to receive Team Kenya. Further engagements included calling on H.W. Mr. Tsutomu Okubo, Mayor of Kurume City and Mr. Toshinori Narahara, the former Mayor of Kurume City at Ishibashi Cultural Center.
